SALT LAKE CITY, UT - Employee discount programs offered by the three major American automakers-- GM, Ford, and Chrysler-- were recently extended, allowing bargain shoppers another chance to buy a new car for the same price that an employee pays.

While good for consumers, not everyone is happy about the sale-- namely the employees of GM, Ford, and Chrysler.

"They're giving these schmucks my discount," stated Derrick Lennard, a Ford salesman of seven years. "You know, some would consider an employee discount a fringe benefit of having a job. But I guess not."

Sentiment is similar at other stores. Rebecca Van Tilden, a Chrysler saleswoman of four years, stated, "Whoever thought this sale up should be shot. Why don't they just give these assholes my paycheck while they're at it? And my health insurance coverage."
