The Veils are musically similar in style to Coldplay, Starsailor, and Rufus Wainwright. Singer/guitarist Finn Andrews' (son of XTC/Shreikback keyboardist Barry Andrews) singing style is a cool cross between Neil Diamond and Jeff Buckley. This is an impressive debut by a great band. It is unbelievably catchy, fluid, and well-written. A definite must have for fans of melodic indie rock.
